• For online hire the dress is returned with the original tag in place, indicating garment has not been worn. If you cannot find another dress, you will receive a store credit which is to be used within 12 months. This store credit may be re-used up to two times in total. 
• a credit for the full amount paid minus $30 to cover two-way express postage expenses.

• all accessories are purchase only, due to hygiene reason we do not hire
• For purchases of accessories made in-store or online we DO NOT offer refunds, store credit only will be accepted.
